Bad. I brought my guitar in for a string change, the guy seemed drunk and he broke one of my mother of pearl inlaid pegs while changing my strings. I asked him if he could do something about a wire from the battery compartment of the electronics, that was interfering with pushing the thing back in, and all he did was push it out of the way with a screwdriver the same way I do, and then charged me 10 dollars on top of the cost of the string change and no discount for breaking my peg. i thought it was obvious that I wanted the wire fastened away from interferring... Something very off about these people. His poor wife had sympathetic eyes, like she was embarrassed....
