We had a very disappointing experience here. After reaching a verbal agreement and setting up a future time to do paperwork, we received a text the day before telling us that someone had offered more money and he had sold the car out from under us. I realize there was no paper contract, but I thought we could trust Josh. At the very least, a phone call giving us a chance to meet the price and bring immediate payment would have been appreciated. Was really hoping we had found a place to buy our vehicles from, but we will steer clear from this dealership in the future.
Honda Civic for our son from Elite Enterprise Auto Sales.
